The researcher will be engaged in the CoolFarmLab project, funded by MASAF under the 1st co-funded call of the Agroecology Partnership. The agricultural economics research will analyse the socio-economic and decision-making factors supporting the agroecological transition of the agricultural system in the Apulia region. The researcher will contribute to the design and implementation of two surveys of farms in Apulia, aimed at assessing their degree of agroecological transition, farmers’ perceptions of practices, motivations for adopting innovative practices, and the role of incentives and agricultural policies.
