The project aims to develop and characterize quality control methods for production processes typical of the secondary agri-food sector. Through the use of classical statistical methods and artificial intelligence-based techniques, the methods developed will be applied to the monitoring and optimization of production processes for food processing and packaging. Planned activities include the study and implementation of advanced quality control methods based on computer vision and the management and processing of process sensors, integrating data fusion and data augmentation techniques.
