Job description The Robot Design Lab at the Mechatronics Division at KTH is searching for a research engineer in the field of robot design and mechatronics with focus on soft and wearable robotics. The position is part of the ongoing flagship REMA project, Redefining Mobility for Aging Adults, which aims to develop new exoskeleton technologies for aging adults through the integration of soft robotics, sensing, actuation, adaptive control, and user-centered design. The research engineer will contribute to the design, development, integration, and experimental evaluation of soft exoskeletons and their mechatronic systems.
