The Role of Jurists in the Dissemination of Republican Values: A Study of Works of Constitutional Public Education in the History of the Italian Republic

The research aims to reconstruct the various forms and experiences of constitutional dissemination undertaken following the entry into force of the Republican Constitution. It will focus on the role played by legal scholars in this field, beginning with an analysis of book-length contributions published as early as the 1950s in the form of high-level popular scholarship. The analysis will also cover more recent experiences of constitutional dissemination, with particular attention to the methods employed to promote a more effective diffusion of constitutional values.
