Right to work, sponsorship, and “not stated” are different facts. Do not treat silence as a yes.

Three different facts

Right to work means your status already allows employment. Sponsorship means an employer can support a permit. “Not stated” on a vacancy means the listing did not say — it is not an offer and not a refusal.

Remote is not worldwide

A remote contract written for one country’s tax and labour law does not automatically authorise work from Tunisia or grant residence elsewhere. Read the contract geography clause.
