NLnet's Restack fund, financed by the European Commission under Horizon Europe, gives grants of 5,000 to 50,000 euros to individuals and organisations who build free and open source internet technology. Teams from Horizon Europe countries, Tunisia included, meet its European rule. Calls run back to back, with a deadline on the 3rd of every odd month: the round after 3 November 2026 closes on 3 January 2027.
Who can apply
Nationality and European dimension
Restack excludes no category of person, but the project needs a strong European dimension: team members from Horizon Europe countries should receive at least 60% of the funds. Tunisia is a Horizon Europe associated country, so a Tunisian applicant meets this rule.
Who can apply
Individuals, collectives, associations, foundations, NGOs, universities, public bodies, cooperatives and companies.
