Nationality
The scheme page says the TTPS does not apply to nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba and Korea (Democratic People's Republic of). Tunisia is not on that list.

Category A is annual income of HK$2.5 million or more. Categories B and C need a bachelor's degree from the aggregate list. Category B also needs at least three years of work in the past five years.

The scheme page does not make English a condition that blocks every application. A document that is not in Chinese or English must have a certified Chinese or English translation.

Funding and what it does not cover

The scheme does not pay a wage. The application fee is HK$600 and is not refunded. On approval, the visa issuance fee is HK$1,300 if the relevant period is more than 180 days, and HK$600 if it is not.
