Numerical modeling and simulation of heterostructures based on different 2D materials. 2.- Development of compact models of the analyzed devices for inclusion in circuit simulators. 3.- Comparison of the compact models with experimental and simulation results for the devices. 4.- Design and analysis of memristor-based circuits for neuromorphic computing: crossbar structures, vector-matrix multiplication (VMM), artificial neural networks, etc.
