Three-year salaried PhD in life sciences and biomedicine at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, with a degree from a partner university (Paris Cité, Sorbonne or Paris-Saclay). Nationality does not affect eligibility, but you need a master's from outside France. The 2027 call runs from 1 October to 16 November 2026.

Funding and what it does not cover

A three-year Institut Pasteur work contract paying 2,000 euros a month, described as including social benefits (national health care, health insurance), a 4,000 euros gross welcome bonus, one round trip home a year (up to 1,300 euros from outside continental Europe), 750 euros a year for conferences or summer courses and first-year housing help.
