Erasmus School of Law (ESL) is looking for a talented and motivated researcher and lecturer for a six-year lecturer/researcher position within the Department of Law & Markets. The candidate will combine teaching tasks (60%) with PhD research (40%) into the private-law liability position of European ports. The research time of 40% is protected and is intended for the completion of the PhD project described below. The intended starting date is 1 January 2027.
