Patient-derived protein corona-engineered bionanoarchitectures for personalized PDAC therapy

The candidate will need to have solid experience in oncological nanomedicine and cell and molecular biology, with particular reference to the development and preclinical evaluation of nanostructured systems for drug and gene delivery. Expertise is required in the preparation and physicochemical characterization of lipid nanoparticles and/or other nanocarriers, in the study of nano-bio interactions and protein corona, as well as in vitro evaluation by cell culture, viability/cytotoxicity assays, uptake and internalization, gene transfection and/or silencing, and expression analysis of molecular targets.
