Implementation of the statutory tasks of the Institute, in particular through: 1) conducting scientific research or development works; 2) adapting the results of scientific research and development works to practical application, including in particular the development of expert opinions and issuing opinions; 3) improving their qualifications; 4) dissemination of scientific achievements, including through publications and active participation in scientific life; 5) education of scientific staff; 6) participation in the organizational work of the Institute related to scientific research, development work, didactic activity or artistic creation, as well as providing health services.
