The International Training Centre of the ILO runs a six-week online course, in English, on the skills side of labour migration: recognition of qualifications, skills partnerships, fair recruitment and return, from 15 March to 23 April 2027. It is for professionals in migration, skills and employment policy. The 2026 fee was 1,125 euros and the 2027 fee is still to be confirmed. The deadline is 1 March 2027.

Selection
Selection is based on proven work experience in a relevant field and a letter of sponsorship covering the total course fee.
Requirements
A computer with internet access, working knowledge of written English and 5 to 10 hours a week for the course.
Funding and what it does not cover
The fee is paid in advance by the participant or a sponsoring organisation. It was 1,125 euros for the 2026 edition; ITCILO has not yet confirmed the 2027 fee.
