In short

ijgd, a German volunteer organisation, places young people from all countries in a 12-month voluntary year in monument preservation at its Jugendbauhütten, usually starting on 1 September. Volunteers learn traditional crafts on historic buildings and receive a monthly allowance, food money and insurance. ijgd advises applicants from abroad to apply early.

ijgd's page for volunteers from abroad lists monument preservation, throughout Germany, as open to all countries, so Tunisians can apply.
