Who can apply · Adults from French-speaking countries who want a 12-month development or francophonie mission abroad. Tunisia is a programme country: Tunisians can apply to missions in other programme countries, or in France under reciprocity, but not to missions in Tunisia.
Monthly VSI allowance, housing, return trip, social cover · Under VSI status, current offers list a monthly subsistence allowance (900 euros in one Accra offer), full social cover, a resettlement allowance on return, housing and one return trip between home and the mission. Amounts vary by mission.
Deadline · Per mission offer — each V-Francophonie offer has its own deadline (on 26 Sep 2026: the Accra offers close on 27 Sep 2026 and the Cairo offer on 15 Oct 2026). Check the France Volontaires mission offers page.
