Who can apply · International students from non-OECD countries, including Tunisians, who are already enrolled in a bachelor's or master's at a German university and speak German at B2 level.
992 EUR per month + health insurance · 992 euros a month, health insurance costs covered, and an extra 255 euros a month for scholars with children. The scholarship does not have to be repaid. Travel to Germany is not covered.
Deadline · 30 November 2026 for master's students starting in the winter semester 2026/27 (date only — no time stated); 31 May for the summer semester; bachelor's students apply after the first semester and at least three semesters before the end of the standard study period
