Who can apply · Law graduates (at least a bachelor's in law; master's preferred), whether students, lawyers or diplomats, who want to attend the 2027 Summer Courses in person. No nationality condition is stated, and the travel scale includes the Maghreb.

€1,300 fee, travel up to €350 (Maghreb), €600 for accommodation · Scholarships cover the registration fee (€1,300 per session), reimburse economy travel to and from The Hague up to a regional ceiling (€350 from the Maghreb) on proof of payment, and pay €600 at the start towards accommodation.
