Tuition waiver (0–100%), QAR 7,000–9,000 a month for international students · HBKU-sponsored students may get a tuition waiver of 100% (PhD), 75% (STEM master's), 60% (other MS/MA and J.D.) or 0% (LL.M., MS Economics, certificates), and international students a stipend of QAR 9,000 a month (PhD, up to 45 months) or QAR 7,000 a month (master's, up to 21 months), plus one round-trip ticket. Awards depend on merit or need and available funds.
