Who can apply · Final-year students and graduates with under three years of relevant experience. The Court says every nationality may apply unless a vacancy says otherwise.

Most placements unpaid · The Court says it cannot pay most interns or reimburse their expenses. A few vacancies are funded. Trust Fund funding is only for citizens of States Parties. No stipend figure is printed.

Deadline · 31 December 2026. The jobs page says The Hague time applies, and that once midnight on the close date has passed you cannot apply. No other clock time is printed. Stored as midnight, Europe/Amsterdam.
