Who can apply · Founders from outside the EU, EEA and Switzerland, Tunisians included, with an innovative start-up project backed by a French Tech incubator, accelerator or ecosystem supporters, who want to move to France.

No funding — residence permit route (fees €300 + €50 + €99 visa) · The French Tech Visa gives a residence permit, not money. Applicants pay a €300 administrative fee, €50 stamp duty and €99 for the long-stay visa. Any funding would come from the incubator or accelerator that backs the project.

Deadline · Rolling — no deadline. Apply once you have incubator, accelerator or ecosystem backing. Renewals must be filed two to four months before the permit expires.
