Education
Official call: PhD obtained less than five years before filing (defence December 2021–December 2026 inclusive). Maternity-leave extension of the five-year window is stated in the FAQ.
Nationality
All nationalities except French. Tunisia is not excluded.
Residence
Must not reside or carry out professional activity in France at the time of application. International mobility toward France.
