Who can apply
Education
Official page and Work Programme: must be a postdoctoral researcher at the call deadline (PhD awarded, or doctoral thesis successfully defended before the deadline).
Nationality
European Fellowships: any nationality. Global Fellowships and reintegration: nationals or long-term residents (five consecutive years) of EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries. Tunisia is listed as associated. Euratom research areas: nationals or long-term residents of an EU Member State or a Euratom Associated Country.
Mobility rule
Must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the country of the beneficiary (European) or the outgoing-phase host (Global) for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline. Stated exceptions include refugee status and EU temporary protection.
Research experience
Maximum 8 years full-time equivalent research experience from the PhD award at the call deadline. Career breaks and time outside research do not count. For EU/associated nationals or long-term residents reintegrating, research years in third countries do not count toward that maximum.
