Nationality
The call is addressed to Tunisian researchers ('chercheurs tunisiens'); holders of French nationality, single or dual, are not eligible.
StatedEducation
A doctorate is required; a copy of the doctoral diploma must be included in the application file.

2026 themes only: AI applied to complex systems, and structuring a Franco-Tunisian training offer in quantum science and technology.
StatedOther funding
Applicants who already receive another French grant (Embassy, university and so on) are not eligible.

A one-month allowance of 1,704 euros (doctorate under five years old) or 2,055 euros (doctorate over five years old), return travel Tunisia-France, health and civil liability insurance, and a free consular visa fee.
