Creative Europe — Culture strand grants open to Tunisian cultural organisations

The EU's Creative Europe programme (2021–2027) funds cross-border cultural projects. Tunisia is a participating country, but only for the Culture strand and the Creative Europe Desks action, so Tunisian cultural organisations can join or lead Culture strand projects such as cooperation projects. Individuals cannot apply.

The Commission's list of participating countries (v10.0, 15 Jan 2026) says Tunisia participates only in the Culture strand and the Creative Europe Desks action (Cross-sectoral strand). The MEDIA strand is not open to Tunisia.

Creative Europe 2021–2027 has a total budget of €2.44 billion. Grant amounts and co-financing rates for Culture strand actions are set in each call's guidelines and are not given on the overview pages consulted.
