Who can apply
Criteria stated by the funder on the official source.
Nationality
Be a citizen of a member country of the Bank. Tunisia is listed on the AfDB member countries page.
StatedAge
32 years of age or younger by the date of application (the 2026 brochure says by the closing date of the advert).
StatedEducation
A master's degree or equivalent in a discipline relevant to the Bank's business, with outstanding academic credentials.
StatedExperience
At least three years' work experience in areas related to the Bank's priorities, and demonstrable hands-on experience on the African continent and/or in developing countries elsewhere.
StatedLanguage
Proficiency in the Bank's working languages, English and/or French; the brochure prefers a working knowledge of the other.
StatedMobility
Willing to live in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, and any other country in Africa where the Bank requires your services, and to travel across the continent.
