The ATCT's mission is to place Tunisian professionals (cadres tunisiens) abroad, and its candidate registration form asks for a CIN (Tunisian national identity card) number.

Diploma and experience
Set by each vacancy. For example, the Canada recruitment notice of 25 September 2026 asks for at least 2 years of experience, a diploma or qualification in the trade, French and English, and preferably a TEF or TCF certificate.

For some categories (for example staff of the ministries of education, interior, national defence, and youth and sports) prior authorisation from the current employer is required.

Funding and what it does not cover

Pay depends on the vacancy and the ATCT takes no commission: you receive the full agreed salary. Example: a retail department head post in Canada (closing 28 Sep 2026) lists 48,000 to 50,000 Canadian dollars a year with health and dental cover.
