Who can apply
Criteria stated by the funder on the official source.
Nationality
The programme page says it is addressed to 'Foreign citizens from all non-EU countries', with listed exceptions (Romanian origin, protection status in Romania, diplomatic or international-organisation staff in Romania). Tunisia is not named individually.
StatedGrades
An average of at least 7 on the Romanian scale, or a 'Good' score, for the last school completed.
StatedEducation
Baccalaureate or equivalent for a bachelor's, a bachelor's for a master's, a graduate degree for a PhD; PhD applicants need a supervisor's written agreement and must pass an admission interview.
StatedLanguage
Bachelor's and master's study is only in Romanian; PhD may be in Romanian or a foreign language set by the doctoral school. A Romanian preparatory year is granted to those who do not speak Romanian.
StatedField of study
Any field except medicine, dental medicine and pharmacy.
