TU Delft's Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarship pays full tuition and a contribution to living costs for excellent international students admitted to a two-year MSc. There are two scholarships per faculty. The complete MSc and scholarship application is due by 1 December 2026 at 23:59 CET.
Who can apply
Nationality
The scholarship is for international applicants with no nationality list, so Tunisian applicants admitted to an eligible MSc can be considered.
Programme
A (conditional) admission to a regular two-year TU Delft MSc programme, not an international joint education programme.
Grades
Excellent academic results in a relevant previous programme. TU Delft names the top 10% of graduates as an indication. No proof of ranking is required.
Documents
The complete MSc application, the scholarship form, one reference letter and the English test certificate, all by the deadline.
Funding and what it does not cover
Full TU Delft tuition at the rate for the student's nationality, and a contribution to living expenses. The second year depends on 48 of 60 ECTS credits.
