French civic missions, generally 6–12 months, ages 16–25 (to 30 with disability), no diploma required. Apply on service-civique.gouv.fr, not through Opporiva. Third-country nationals (including Tunisian nationality) must already hold a listed French residence title, or come under reciprocity. A mission ad is not a visa. This is the programme board, not 14,000 copied missions.

EEA and Switzerland: no residence title required. Other nationalities: listed French residence titles (student VLS-TS without the one-year wait) or reciprocity when French volunteers serve in that country. France Volontaires names Tunisia among reciprocity-project countries. That is not a right to a place from Tunisia.
