Who can apply · Graduates of any nationality, including Tunisians, with a bachelor's or master's degree who want an English-taught PhD in science or computing in Taipei.
Tax-free stipend of NT$40,000 a month in year 1 · TIGP pays a tax-free stipend of NT$40,000 a month (NT$34,000 plus NT$6,000) in the first year. It is extended for one more year for students who perform well. After that, funding depends on the thesis advisor.
