Who can apply · University graduates who are EU nationals; a very limited number of places for other nationals, mainly from EU candidate countries. Tunisians may apply but places are rare.
1,667 EUR per month in Belgium · A monthly grant set by the Parliament. The grant table in force from April 2025 gives 1,667 euros a month in Belgium, with weighted amounts for other duty stations. Trainees with disabilities may receive an extra allowance.
