Who can apply · International master's and PhD applicants with a degree from abroad and B2 German; priority for applicants from DAC countries (Tunisia is on the DAC list) not yet living in Germany.

EUR 992/month (master's) or EUR 1,500/month (PhD) · For non-EU international scholars (funded by the Federal Foreign Office): base scholarship of EUR 992 a month for master's students or EUR 1,500 a month for PhD candidates, a health insurance allowance, and optional components such as tuition fees in Germany of up to EUR 10,000 a year, German course fees, EUR 38 a month in fixed benefits and family allowances.
