Who can apply · French-speaking workers (NCLC 5 in speaking and listening) with a job offer from an employer in a Canadian province or territory outside Quebec.

Salary set by your Canadian employer · This is a work permit, not a funded programme: your pay comes from the job offer. You pay the 155-dollar work permit processing fee; the employer pays a 230-dollar compliance fee.

Deadline · Rolling — IRCC lists the stream as open; you can apply at any time once your employer has submitted a qualifying job offer
