Who can apply · Non-EU students and doctoral candidates at German universities with B2 German and civic engagement. Tunisians living in Germany can apply domestically; a Tunisia-based call depends on the KAS Tunis office.

Up to EUR 992/month (studies) or EUR 1,400/month (PhD) · Up to EUR 992 a month for bachelor's and master's students, normally for two years, and up to EUR 1,400 a month for doctoral candidates, normally for three years, plus a seminar programme and individual support.
