KAS scholarships for non-EU students and doctoral candidates at German universities: up to EUR 992 a month for bachelor's and master's, up to EUR 1,400 for PhDs. Applicants living in Germany apply by 15 July each year; others apply through a KAS office abroad when it runs a call.

Primarily aimed at international students and doctoral candidates from non-EU countries. Tunisia is not named on the main page; the KAS Tunisia office page describes a past call for Tunisian applicants.
