Who can apply · African professionals, including Tunisians, under 40 (under 45 for women with children) with a master's degree and at least seven years of relevant experience in strategy, policy or development work, who want a year in the office of the head of a major African or UN institution.
US$100,000 stipend for the 12-month fellowship · The Foundation funds a US$100,000 stipend, paid monthly by the host, and the travel costs of taking up the post and returning home. Hosts pay official mission travel. Medical insurance arrangements differ by host.
