Who can apply · Tunisian citizens admitted full-time to a bachelor's, master's or doctoral programme at a Québec university and recommended by Tunisia's designated exemption office (the University Mission of Tunisia in Montréal).

Exemption from Québec's extra tuition for international students · Selected students are exempted from the differential tuition fees charged to international students for the length set in the agreement: up to 3–4 years for a bachelor's, 2 for a master's and 3 for a doctorate.
