Under a student mobility agreement between Québec and Tunisia, the Québec government grants a set number of exemptions from the extra tuition charged to international students: 65 for Tunisia (7 undergraduate, 39 master's, 19 doctoral). Tunisia selects candidates; you apply through the person in charge for Tunisia, not to Québec directly.

Funding and what it does not cover

Selected students are exempted from the differential tuition fees charged to international students for the length set in the agreement: up to 3–4 years for a bachelor's, 2 for a master's and 3 for a doctorate.
