Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI)

Who can apply · Postdoctoral researchers of any nationality, including Tunisians, with a doctorate from a non-Belgian institution and an invitation from a Wallonia-Brussels Federation host institution.

2,120 EUR net per month + return travel · A net monthly grant of 2,120 euros (a mobility allowance, not a salary), return economy-class travel from home to the host city, and health, civil liability and repatriation insurance.

Deadline · 1 October 2026 for short stays (1–3 months) between March and July 2027; 1 February 2027 for long stays starting in the 2027-2028 academic year (dates only — WBI gives the time zone as UTC/GMT+2 and UTC/GMT+1 but no hour)
