Who can apply · Founders anywhere in the world with a startup at any stage, from idea to revenue, who can work on it full-time in San Francisco during the batch; open to Tunisian founders under the 'any startup, anywhere' rule.

US$500,000 equity investment (not a grant) · YC invests US$500,000 in each accepted company: US$125,000 on a post-money SAFE for 7% and US$375,000 on an uncapped MFN SAFE. This is an investment in exchange for equity, not a grant. Companies also get more than US$12M in partner credits and deals. YC charges no fees.

Deadline · 2 November 2026, 8:00 pm Pacific Time (on-time deadline for the Winter 2027 batch; decisions by 11 December 2026). Later applications are still considered, without a promised reply date.
