Funding and what it does not cover

YC invests US$500,000 in each accepted company: US$125,000 on a post-money SAFE for 7% and US$375,000 on an uncapped MFN SAFE. This is an investment in exchange for equity, not a grant. Companies also get more than US$12M in partner credits and deals. YC charges no fees.
