Who can apply · New or aspiring entrepreneurs 18+ who permanently reside in an EU or SMP participating country. Tunisia is not listed among participating countries on the page checked 19 Sep 2026.

Monthly lump sum for travel and subsistence (amount depends on the country of stay) · Official financial-support page: the grant contributes to travel and subsistence during the visit only. Paid by the local contact point under an agreement. Monthly lump sum by country of stay; table in a PDF for exchanges from 1 June 2024. Country-by-country euro figures are not copied here. Applicants must be ready to complement programme funds. Application is free.
