Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) runs a three-year incubation programme for technology start-ups at Science Park. It offers up to HK$1,290,000: HK$840,000 in cash grants and HK$450,000 in rental subsidy. Overseas founders can apply once they have a Hong Kong company. Applications are open all year. Funding after the first year requires a SAFE that gives HKSTP a future equity stake.
