The terms of the last call (Big 11, October 2025) accept Chilean or foreign individuals, and the website says Start-Up Chile supports entrepreneurs from all over the world. No country list is published; Tunisia is not named.

Build: technology-based projects with up to 12 months of commercial development. Ignite: at least an MVP or functional prototype and up to 36 months of commercial development. Growth: sales of 2,400 to 25,000 UF in the 12 months before the call opens.

The Team Leader must take part in the programme in Chile for the whole project period, working on it exclusively. Foreign Team Leaders must apply for a Temporary Residence Visa, using the acceptance letter, before the agreement is signed.

Funding and what it does not cover
Corfo co-finances the project with an equity-free subsidy: Build up to CLP 15 million (90% of the cost); Ignite CLP 25 million according to the website, or up to CLP 30 million under the last call's terms (80%, or 90% if led by a woman), plus a possible CLP 20 million extension; Growth up to CLP 75 million (50%, or 60% if led by a woman). The startup pays the rest of the project cost.
