Short group exchanges (5–21 days, excluding travel) for young people aged 13–30. You do not apply to the Commission yourself: a youth organisation or informal group applies. Tunisia is in Region 3 (neighbouring the EU). Apply through a participating organisation, not through Opporiva.
Who can apply
Age
Official Guide: 13–30 at the start of the activity. Group leaders, facilitators and accompanying persons must be at least 18 and are not counted as participants.
Residence
Participants must reside in the countries of their sending and receiving organisations. Tunisia is listed in Region 3 (South-Mediterranean), a neighbouring third country not associated to the Programme.
