University of Oslo International Summer School (ISS) scholarships — four-week master's-level summer courses in Norway

Nationality
Tunisia is not named in the scholarship rules. The excluded groups are EU/EEA/Swiss citizens, permanent residents of Norway and U.S./Canadian citizens (general scholarships); Africa is one of the regions eligible for a travel grant.

Funding and what it does not cover
Basic Fee Scholarship: tuition and participation fee. ISS Accommodation Scholarship: tuition, participation fee, shared room, meals and an Oslo travel card. A travel grant (return flights booked by ISS) is possible for applicants from Africa and other listed regions. For 2026 a master's course cost 21,900 NOK tuition, 3,100 NOK participation fee and 27,300 NOK ISS housing (52,300 NOK in all).
