Under the 2008 France–Tunisia migration agreement, Tunisians with a seasonal contract in France (farming, food industry, hotels, summer or winter tourism) can get a renewable three-year 'travailleur saisonnier' card to work up to six months a year; the target is 2,500 cards a year. Funding and what it does not cover

Seasonal workers are paid under a French seasonal contract, with the same rights and social protection as French seasonal workers. Tunisia's Ministry of Employment says OFII pays a one-way flight; the employer pays OFII 50 euros per month of work.
