The call covers Italian, EU and non-EU students and sets separate rankings for non-EU first-year students. Tunisia is not named, and it is not on the call's Annex E list of particularly poor countries, so Tunisians follow the standard ISEEUP route.

Applicants must be enrolled by 10 February 2027 in a bachelor's, master's, single-cycle, PhD or specialisation course at a university or AFAM institution based in Lazio.

ISEE/ISEEUP up to €28,339.88 and ISPE/ISPEUP up to €61,608.48. Students whose family lives abroad sign the ISEEUP at a DiSCo-approved CAF by 10 December 2026, using Italian consular documents translated into Italian and legalised or apostilled.

Funding and what it does not cover

Out-of-town students receive €6,571.11 (€7,556.78 with an ISEE up to €14,169.94, reduced towards €3,285.60 at higher incomes) plus two free daily meals worth €600. Commuters and in-town students receive less. Female students in STEM courses get a 20% increase.
