Nationality
The call has a dedicated section for international students from non-EU countries and separate rankings for non-EU first-year students whose family lives abroad. Tunisia is not named and is not on the call's list of particularly poor countries.

ISEE up to €25,000 and ISPE up to €50,000. Non-EU students with family income or assets abroad submit 2025 income and 31 December 2025 asset documents from home-country authorities, legalised by the Italian diplomatic authorities or apostilled, and translated into Italian.

Funding and what it does not cover
Non-resident students receive €7,171.11 (ISEE up to €16,666.67), €8,246.78 (ISEE up to €12,500) or less in higher bands, down to €3,585.56. Female STEM students get 20% more. Winners also get a total tuition fee exemption and a refund of the regional tax, and can convert part of the scholarship into meal vouchers.
