Nationality
Article 2 of the 2026/27 call reserves the scholarships for citizens permanently resident in 23 listed countries, and Tunisia is named on the list.

A completed degree giving access to the chosen master's or postgraduate course and a pre-admission application to one IYT course. Students about to graduate, current students at Italian universities and Italian-university graduates are not eligible.

English certificate at CEFR B2 or above (IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge and others), or proof of an English-taught degree. Italian is not required but counts in the evaluation; otherwise a commitment to take an Italian course before departure.

Funding and what it does not cover
The 2026/27 call pays €10,800 a year in three quarterly instalments (€4,800, €3,000, €3,000) for nine months from 1 October, and exempts winners from enrolment fees and university contributions except the regional tax, stamp duty and insurance.
